This Recipe is amazing in I love it.

Step 1:
Before you start cooking wash your hands and put an apron on.
Step 2:
Weigh and measure all the ingredients before starting.
Step 3:Crush the Digestive biscuites and add the butter until it becomes crumbly.
Step 4:Take your Orange and a zester then zest half of the Orange.
Step 5:
Take your circle cutter and place it on your plate then grab your biscuite mix and put some of it in the hole that the cutter has but not to mutch.
Step 6:
Take your Mascapone Cheese the Caster Sugar and your zest of the Orange and fold it in together.
Step 7:
Then put your mix and pour it on top of your biscuites till it is up at the top then smooth it over with a knife then take the cutter off that has been round the Cheesecake.
Step 8:
Then take your strawberry's and mash them up in a bowl.
Step 9:
Take your white whine Vineager and your sugar and your mashed up strawberrys and put them in a saucepan until it melts then dribble some of the strawberry sauce around the cheesecake.
Step 10:
Place the cheesecake in the fridge for 1 hour then it will be ready to eat.
