Eggs, hash browns and sausage
Spray your baking dish with Pam. Pour in the hashbrowns (they should come about 3/4 of the way up the side of you baking dish) and mix together with most of the cheese as well as the (cooked) sausage and green onions. (Note: The recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups of cheese. So mix that amount in and save the other 1/2 cup that's in the bag of pre-shredded cheese for sprinkling on top).
Beat the eggs is a large bowl and then add the milk and S&P. Pour this mixture evenly over the pan and top with the remaining cheese. (Don't worry that this will almost fill up the baking dish).
Bake for 45 - 60 minutes at 415 degrees. Let it stand a few minutes before serving.
