11/2 c. milk
** Warm (tibio) slightly
3T Active Dry Yeast
**Sprinkle on top, mix in and let set 10 minutes
**Pour into a mixing bowl and add
**Mix together till broken up
4 1/2 Cup AP Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
**Mix together in combined
6 Cup Bread Flour
** Mix Together till dough is formed and elastic. About 5 minutes
Dough should not stick to bowl
3 Cup Unsalted Butter
** Add little by little till mixed into dough. Dough will be soft.
** Divide into 1# pieces and left rest for 1 to 2 hours. Let rest again and put into greased cake pan and flatten. Let double in size and bake.
1 2/3 Cup honey
**Heat in a sauce pan till warm and brush over top of dough and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Insert toothpick and should come out clean.
