Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown beef and onion, drain.
Steam Cabbage. Add to meat mixture.
Grease 9" x 13" pan.
Unroll crescent rolls and lay one can in bottom of pan.
Spoon on meat mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top of meat.
Cover with remaining dough.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Variation: Substitute a can of sauerkraut (drained) for cabbage.
