Dough:
Scald milk, add sugar, butter, and salt. Allow mixture to cool till lukewarm.
Add flour 1/2 cup at a time until mixture is a thick batter. Beat well and add beaten eggs and yeast.
Add remaining flour. When too thick to mix with beater, roll out on floured surface and knead. Continue to add flour until dough is elastic and smooth.
Place in a greased bowl and allow dough to rise till double in size.
Meat filling:
Brown ground beef then stir in onions and cabbage.
Allow mixture to stew for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bierocks:
Roll dough till 1/8 inch thick and cut into 4 inch squares.
Place filling on top and then bring up ends making a fold in the center.
Place on baking sheet with folded end down and let rise.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake until golden brown.
