Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl combine Worcestershire, egg, salt and pepper. Mix until egg is broken up. Add meat and mix. Shape into 4 patties. Heat oil in skillet. Add patties and cook 4-6 minutes. Flip and cook another 4-6 minutes. Mix mayo, cilantro, chili powder in a bow. Spread mixture on buns and top with tomatoes.
