1. Preheat the grill to maximum
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
3. Place on a baking tray and grill for 4 minutes without turning
4. Mix together the ketchup, paprika and Worcestershire sauce until you have a smooth barbecue sauce
5. Turn the chicken over and grill for another 2 minutes
6. Smear over half the sauce and grill for a further 4 minutes, or until fully cooked through
7. Slice the chicken into long strips
8. Spread the remaining barbecue sauce over the wraps, topping with the chicken, beans, lettuce, tomatoes and cottage cheese
9. Roll up the tortillas and serve
