1. Chop the parsley. Mince the Shallot. Soften the blue cheese to roomtemperature. Slice the tomato.
2. Combine 1 LB ground sirloin, 1 TBWorcestershire Sauce, 1 handful of chopped parsley and 1 mince shallot. Dividemeat into 3 equal amounts.
3. When forming each patty, mestle a pile of bluecheese crumbles into the center of the meat, and gently form patty aroundcheese.
4. Brush or drizzle burgers with extra-virgin olive oil and grill onindoor electric grill preheated to high for 7-8 minutes on each side.
5.Serve burgers on Split rolls with lettuce, tomato and blue cheesedressing.
For Blue cheese dressing:1. Mash softened cheese with fork in abowl. Whisk in the cream and sour cream into cheese, the consistency should besmooth with an occasional small bit of blue. Season with Salt, pepper, andCayenne pepper.
