A delicious combination of Pork and Veal on a stick!
Add enough canola oil & melted butter to large saute pan to a depth of about 1/4 inch on medium-high heat
Place sauce in one bowl, mix breadcrumbs & cheese in another bowl.
Season meat on all sides with garlic salt and pepper.
Roll city chicken in sauce, shake off excess, then dredge in crumb mixture, add to pan
repeat until all are in pan, brown on both sides, (about 3-4 minutes per side)
Place in baking dish, cover tightly, bake at 350 for 30 minutes, allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
Mr. Yoshida's Marinade can be found at Costco. You could substitute another Asian marinade or use Teriyaki sauce, but it may change the flavor.
