1.) Heat oven to 350 F. Prepare brownie mix as directions on package, using oil, water and eggs. Set aside.
2.) In small bowl combine peanut butter and butter; beat until smooth. Add sugar and flour; mix well. Add 2 eggs; blend well.
3.) Spread half of brownie mixture in 9 x 13 prepared pan. Carefully spread peanut butter mixture over chocolate mixture. Spread remaining chocolate mixture evenly over peanut butter mixture.
4.) Bake at 350 F for 30 - 35 minutes. Cool 1 hour or until completely cool. Store loosely covered.
