Prep-
Turn oven to 350
Flatten two sheets of parchment paper
Soften butter
1. Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
2. Combine flour, cinn, baking soda and salt.
3. Add to butter mix; beat
4. Stir in oats and raisinettes. (If using raisins, toss with flour to keep them from sticking together.)
5. Drop by tablespoons onto cookie sheet - 12 at a time.
Bake 10-12 minutes
