Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees.
Stir together the first seven ingredients thoroughly using a spoon. Mix in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
Bake on center rack of oven for 60 to 70 minutes. Do not overcook. Pie is done when touched lightly in the center and springs back.
Cool 2 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
