In a small saucepan, melt margarine over low heat.
Add honey and sugar.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine oats, bran, sunflower seeds, dried fruit, nuts and seasame seeds.
Gradually stir in sugar mixture. Firmly press into lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes or until golden.
Let cool in pan and cut into squares
May substitute apricots for dates or raisins
