A biscotti recipe where a couple of flavors can be made at once.

Mix the flour, baking powder, and sugar together with hands
Whisk the eggs together and add them to the mixture, continue to mix with hands.
Zest the entire orange, without getting the pith.
Add the orange zest to the mixture and mix.
Divide the dough in half so you can have two different flavors.
Mix the nuts into one half, and the crasins into the other half.
One at a time, put the each half on a floured surface and roll it around in the flour.
Roll each half up into a sausage , stretching it out a bit, placing them on parchment paper on a cooking sheet.
Bake at 335f for 20-25min until they get a little color.
Let cool for 5-10min.
Cut each log into 12 pieces, and put them back on the parchment covered baking sheet
Bake at 335f for 10min.
