Mix everything together except for the chocolate. Work together slowly into a dough. The chocolate, as well as almonds if you use them, is added right in the end.
Roll out in two 20cm (7-8 inches) long rolls and bake for 25 min at 180°C (356F).
Take the dough out of the oven and reduce the heat to 170°C (338F). Cut the rolls to 1cm thick cookies (0.39 inches) and place on the plate again (place them "standing up")
Bake for 15 min or until golden and dry.

Blandið saman öllu nema súkkulaði. Vinnið eins og deig rólega saman,
Rétt í restina er súkkulaði og möndlunum blandað saman við.
Rúllið deigið út í tvær 20 c.a langar ræmur og bakið við 180° í 25 mín.
Takið deigið út og lækkið ofninn í 170° skerið deigið niður í 1 c.m kökur og leggið á pappírinn aftur,
Bakið svo í 15 mín þar til gullið og kökurnar þurrar í geng.
