Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
Line bottom of dish with biscuits cut into 1" squares.
Brown saugsage, drain and scatter over biscuits.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Wisk eggs and milk, with a pinch of salt and pepper, pour over pan.
Make gravy according to package instructions and pour over.
Bake 30-45 mins.
