Suggest a better description1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Brush the tortillas with the olive oil and ¼ teaspoon chili powder. With a scissor, cut the tortillas into wedges. Arrange on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp. Transfer to a platter.
2. In a large skillet, cook the bison, onion, carrot, the remaining 1 teaspoon of the chili powder, and the garlic salt until the meat is browned. Stir in the edamame and cook for 5 minutes more. Spoon the mixture atop the tortilla chips. Serve with salsa and the desired toppings.
