Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Add first 4 ingredients to a mixing bowl. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Stir in nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
Note: Nut breads make excellent sandwiches. Fill with cream cheese or other favorite complimentary filling. Also, nut breads can be frozen up to 3 months. Defrost the bread and serve.
