High Altitude: 1 teaspoon baking powder instead of 2. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Can also add chocolate chips, fruit, or whatever you like.
Mix everything together. Use cooking spray and cook on electric skillet at 350 degrees. Use 1/4 cup to measure. When they start bubbling, flip to cook other side. For High Altitude use 1 teaspoon of baking powder and not 2. Also, I like adding 1 tsp vanilla.
These are soooo perfect for high altitude!!! Try them. You'll be glad you did. My kids and husband really loved them! (except for my 13 year old who hates chocolate and I put chocolate chips in the batter...)
