Stir baking mix, sugar and eggs into a soft dough.
Gently smooth douth into a ball on a floured board; knead 5 times.
Roll dough 1/4" thick. Cut into 2" squares and brush with butter.
Fold square intoa triangle; lightly sealing edges. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown.
