Suggest a better descriptionIn large skillet, heal oil over medium high heat. Add sausage, cook until browned on all sides. Transfer to a plate. Add carrots and shallots to skillet and cook until beginning to soften, about 4 min., season with salt and pepper. Add garlic, cook until fragrant, 1 min. Add black beans and broth and bring to boil. Add sausage, reduce heat to a rapid simmer and cook until carrots are tender, about 12 min. Remove from heat, stir in parsley, reserving some for serving. Serve with a dollop of yogurt.
