1. In large heavy pot over medium heat, cook onion and garlic until onion is translucent.
2. Introduce turkey and cook, stirring, until meat is brown.
3. Stir in beans, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, basil, cocoa, diced peppers, and vinegar. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 60 minutes or more until flavors are well blended
4. Top with shredded cheese and sour cream
