A refreshing salad with Mexican flavors.
Drain and rinse black beans. Put in a medium or large mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir well. (Don't drain the chiles - you want the juice for the dressing.) Cover and refrigerate for at least 90 minutes. This is great the next day too!
