1) Head oil and add 1 3/4 cups onion, garlic, chile, ginger cumin seeds and salt. Satue for 3 minutes.
2) Turn down low and black beans and 1/2 lime juice. Satue 5 minutes.
3) Mash beans slightly and transfer to bowl.
4) Add remaining lime juice and 1/2 mangos to warm black beans. Cover and let stand 15 minutes
A do not try with under ripe mangos. Works well with over ripe mangos.
