Saute bacon until it starts to give up fat, about 4 minutes
Stir in onions, cook until transluscent, then add garlic (minced)
Cook until you smell it.
Add broth, tomatoes, ketchup, wooster, and chili powder.
Stir in corn and beans.
Boil gently for 10 minutes.
Salt & pepper -optional add in cilantro
