Easier than a mix and way better!
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In very large bowl, stir together all dry ingredients. Stir in oil, milk, coffee, eggs and vanilla. Do not use electric mixer. Batter will be thin. Pour into prepared pan and bake 40 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. 20 min. for cupcakes.
Best with a vanilla buttercream frosting or:
Black Bottom Cake/Cupcakes:
Beat together 1 8-oz package softened cream cheese, 1 egg and 1/3 cup sugar. Spoon on cake batter or add 1 tbsp to each cupcake. Sprinkle with a generous amount of chocolate chips. Bake at 350, 45 min for cake or 30 min for cupcakes.
