Suggest a better descriptionMix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, butter, oil and eggs. Add vanilla. Mix well. Combine evaporated milk and water, add to batter to make a smooth consistency. While beating, add black walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (Until toothpick comes out clean). Frost with a cream cheese frosting.
