Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until sugar and tapioca are well mixed throughout. Let stand 15 minutes. Transfer fruit mixture to a 13"X9" baking dish. Prepare topping and sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake in a 375 degree oven until brown and bubbly, about 50 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Topping:
1-1/4 c old-fashioned oatmeal
1 c plus 2 T brown sugar
3/4 c flour
1T lemon peel, grated fine
3/4 c butter
Combine all ingredients except butter in a food processor. Gradually add butter and cut in, using pulse button, until you have a coarse crumb mixture.
