Preheat oven to 450 F. Combine seasonings and chicken, toss. Add to oil in very hot pan and cook 2 minutes on each side. Make salsa. Make garlic paste and add salt and add to salsa along with lime. Scatter chicken salsa and cheese over pizza dough. Bake 12-15 minutes.
