Suggest a better descriptionPreheat grill to 350°.
On a sheet of non-stick foil place rinsed Tilapia filets side by side. Brush with Olive Oil. Add salt and blackening seasoning (amount of blackening seasoning depends on how warm you want them). Add sliced garlic and onion. Top with lemon (we use lemon verbena leaves during the spring and summer). Add another piece of foil to make a packet.
Put packet on grill and cook for 5 - 6 minutes and flip. Cook another 5 - 6 minutes and remove from grill.
Open packet and pick out garlic, lemon/seeds (or lemon verbena leaves) and serve with the onion.
