Mix peas, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and jalapeƱos together. Mix salad dressing with italian mix, vinegar, water, oil and sour cream until completely mixed. Pour over blackeyed pea mix.
Mother noted "Wonderful flavor - a lot of preparation, but worth it" on 6/8/2009.
