Modified a few recipes and added my own twist.
Place cranberries in a saucepan, remove 1/2 cup and set aside. Add sugar, orange zest and orange juice. Simmer for 10 minutes and stir frequently. After 10 minutes, turn to medium heat and cook for 10 minutes. Add reserved cranberries and Grand Marnier. Take off stove, cool and refrigerate.
