AIn blender container, combine egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and hot sauce. Cover, and turn motor on and off. Remove cover, and turn motor to hi speed. Gradually add butter in steady stream. Turn off Motor. Serve immediately, or keep warm by placing blender container in 2 inches of hot (not boiling) water.
Crystal hot sauce is preferred.
