2. Put the yolks in a blender and turn on at a low speed to combine. With the machine running slowly drizzle the butter into the
blender in a slow steady stream. When the butter is in add the lemon juice immediately.
3. Check the blender for the right consistency and add juice if needed. Add the seasoning and transfer to a serving pitcher.
