Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add flour and 3 cups warm water. Let this mixture stand overnight or 4 hours.
Add remaining ingredients. If mixture is too thick, use warm milk to thin (it should be fairly thin)
Pour like pancakes on a heated skillet
