Preheat overn to 350 degress; grease 9X13 pyrex baker
1. Melt butter in baking dish.
2. Lay out blintzes, 3 across
3. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla , and sour cream.
4. Pour over blintzes
5. Bake ~~at; 350 degrees for 1 hour or til light brownH
Serve with applesauce and or more light sour cream
