In a sauce pan, add the milk and bring it to a simmer. Mix cornstarch and water to a slurry, then add half to the pan.
See how much the sauce thickens - add more if you like. Then slowly stir in cheese. Add rest of ingredients
once sauce is smooth. Watch the heat, keep it on low to avoid scorching.
