Remove seeds and place cut side down on paper towel to drain
Cook Bacon - Crisp- Drain and finely chop
Stir Mayo and Chipotle together then put in pastry tube or zip-loc plastic bag with small cut from 1 corner
Place tomatoes cut side up and press some Romaine inside each tomato
Pipe some chipotle, mayo mixture over Romaine and top with Bacon
Sprinkle with salt
