In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
Using a fork mash the blue cheese against the bowl to incorporate it into the dressing, leave some of the blue cheese in chunks.
Mix well, put in lidded jar and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
If you prefer your dressing thinner, add whole milk to desired thickness.
May sub fresh minced garlic for powdered, but you must use all the dressing the same day you make it. Fresh garlic breaks down the ingredients and makes it watery. Trust me I know, took me a while to figure that out ;)
