Quick, easy and delicious!
1) Preheat oven to 450
2) Mix flour, powder, soda, salt, sugar
3) Add butter, mix and crumble with hands until mixture resembles cornmeal
4) Add blue cheese and scallions, mix
5) Add buttermilk (or I've used yogurt and milk) and stir until just mixed
6) Drop biscuits onto greased cookie sheet, makes ~12
7) Bake 16-20 minutes
Can be dropped onto a cookie sheet and frozen, then baked directly from freezer. Add a couple extra minutes cooking time. Biscuits are best fresh from the oven!
