Fold a 36"x18" piece of heavy foil to make an 18" square.
Place onion slices in the center of the foil.
Dot with butter.
Bring up opposite edges of foil and seal with a double fold.
Seal remaining edges with double folds to completely enclose onions, leaving space for steam to build.
Preheat gas grill to medium heat.
Grill 25-30 minutes until onions are just tender.
In a large bowl, combine cheeses, worcestershire, pepper, and dill weed.
Use a slotted spoon to add onions to cheese mixture.
Toss to coat.
