Double recipe to fit in 10" shallow baking dish from the Mystic Potter.
Served with BBQ shrimp skewers, cold asparagus spears with a mayo/soy sauce dip, yellow tomatoes and grilled red bell peppers. Also pineapple plum dipping sauce to go with the shrimp.
1. Fold all ingredients together, except for 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
2. Spread evenly into oven proof baking dish.
3. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes, let rest for 20 minutes.
4. Garnish with Parmesan and serve with tortilla chips or toasted sourdough baguettes.
5. For more ZING, add extra (1 tablespoon) crab boil, but be careful, it can add quite a kick.
6. I double this recipe and bake in a 10” round ceramic baking dip with 2 inch sides.
7. Be sure to check the cans of crab meat for the correct ounces required for recipe ( use 3 cans Geisha with leg meat)
