1. Heat oilive oil in large frying pan over high heat. Add fish fillets, skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
2. Place remaining ingredients except the lemon in a large sarcepan, mix well and bring to the boil.
3. Add fish fillets to the pan, skin side up, then cover and cook for a further 5 minutes.
4. Place fillets in the middle of serving plates and sppon the sauce over the top.
