In large saucepan over medium heat sauté ground beef, onion and garlic 10 minutes til brown and onion is tender. Drain grease if needed.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Reduce to low and simmer for at least one hour.
Top with shredded cheddar, sour cream, green onions and crackers.
