Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk. In a large bowl, blend with an electric mixer, the brown sugar, white sugar at medium speed. Add the butter and mix to combine. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix at medium speed to form a thick dough. Do not overmix. Add the flour mixture and the chocolate chips. Blend at low speed until just mixed. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
