Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 8" square baking pan with nonstick baking spray.
For cake batter, in medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, applesauce, sugar, egg, egg white, and sweetner.
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and soda. Using your fingertips, pastery blender or two knives, cut margarine into flour mixture until crumbly. Create well in center; pour in sour cream mixture. Add blueberries, mix gently with large spoon or spatula until blended. Spoon batter into pan.
For topping, combine all ingredients with fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture evenly over batter. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool on rack.
