Sweet, tangy sauce would be great over any berries
Wash blueberries and put in a pie tin. Sprinkle with vanilla and sugar and let set for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix together sour cream and honey. Put back in refridgerator to firm back up, although sauce will be thick but not solid.
Put berries w/juices into a bowl and spoon some of the sauce over the top. Garnish with a drizzle of honey, lemon zest and a blueberry. For a special presentation, serve in fluted champagne or wine glasses instead of a bowl.
Sauce makes enough to cover 6 cups of Berries
