This is a nice and quick change of pace salad that has a nice taste contradiction. The sweet blueberry with honey, is a delicious compliment to the blue cheese and red wine vinaigrette. This is a great salad or side dish for those of us watching our carbs too. It only takes a few minutes to make and has very few ingredients.
1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl, and mix well.
2. Refrigerate until slightly chilled and serve cool.
