Try this Blueberry Baked Oatmeal recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better descriptionToss blueberries in 1 T lemon juice. Spread evenly on bottom of lightly greased 9x13 pan. Combine oats and the next nine ingredients and the remaining 1 T lemon juice. Stir until blended.
Pour oat mixture over blueberries. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more until golden brown and set.
This makes a lot - good for company.
I have halved all ingredients for a smaller dish for smaller groups.
