This is a great smoothie with blueberries and bananas. It is very refreshing and healthy for you.
Pour the yogurt and apple juice into the blender and blend well. Add the sliced banana and half of the frozen blueberries and blend until nice and smooth. Add the second half of frozen blueberries and blend halfway, so that some of the last batch of berries is pureed and the rest is left in little bits.
Pour into large glass and decorate with fresh blueberries on top, if desired.
